The goal in the 10U division (ages 9 and 10) is to teach softball fundamentals and team participation in live game situations. Competitiveness is secondary to providing a variety of playing opportunities in order that all players properly learn the fundamentals of the game.  The 10U division continues to instill the rules of softball to the players, slightly modified in order to promote a competitive balance.

Their games are called by real umpires, who will call balls, strikes, and outs. Stealing is permitted and scores are kept. Wins and losses are recorded. This is the first division that will participate in playoffs and have a championship game.
